Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Zaqova (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

Zaqova turns your menu into a mobile ordering website. Customers place orders that are handed off to your WhatsApp — Zaqova does not process customer payments and does not take any commission on orders.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account, the accuracy of your menu and prices, and for keeping your login secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Don’t upload unlawful content or content you don’t have the rights to.
• Don’t misuse, disrupt or attempt to break the Service.
• Don’t use Zaqova to sell prohibited or illegal goods.

Subscription & billing

Zaqova is a subscription priced per branch, billed monthly through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, after a 7-day free trial (no card required to start). Adding a branch adjusts your monthly total. You can cancel anytime; see our Refund Policy.

Your content

You own your menu, photos and branding. You grant us the licence needed to host and display them as part of running your site. We claim no ownership of your content.

Availability & warranty

We work hard to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
