We want you to try Zaqova risk-free, so every plan starts with a free trial and you’re never locked in.
Free trial
Every account begins with a 7-day free trial — no card required. You only start paying if you choose to activate a paid subscription after the trial.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly, per branch, through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. There are no setup fees and no per-order commission.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your site stays live until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
Refunds
Because we offer a free trial before any charge, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. That said, we’re reasonable people — if you were charged in error or had a genuine problem with the Service, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
How to request
Email [email protected] from your account email with your request. Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
