This Privacy Policy explains how Zaqova (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our website builder and ordering platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and password when you sign up.
• Business content — the menu, photos, branch details, hours and branding you upload or create.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics such as order-button clicks, used to give you dashboard insights.

How we use it

• To build, host and operate your restaurant site and dashboard.
• To process your subscription and provide support.
• To extract menu items and a colour theme from brochures you upload.
• To improve and secure the Service.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service:

• Appwrite — database, authentication and file storage.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and security.
• Lemon Squeezy — subscription billing and tax (Merchant of Record).
• Google (Gemini) — to read menu items from brochures you upload.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your sites and content.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected with access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
